Drink peppermint water throughout the day

 Use 8OZ  of water with one drop of peppermint to start ( it must be Young Living Peppermint
oil to ensure purity).  You can increase both the water and the drops as you go.

Helps with gas, bloating and constipation

Peppermint water is great for headaches (also try a drop on your temples and brainstem)

Peppermint water will perk you up during the afternoon slump!

Peppermint water also curbs appetite and freshens your breath

Some people report weight loss with regular use.  Remember that often when you are dehydrated you will feel hungry but it is often your body’s cry for WATER!!!!!
